Dakota House had a big day this past Saturday, May 2nd. RBC Wealth Management in Fig Garden Village provided ten of our kids with an experience they are not likely to forget.
They also provided Dakota House with a check for $2,500.00.
All season long, the CSUF baseball team has been scoring runs and piling up funds for Dakota House. On Saturday two of our kids got to go down on the field, throw in a first pitch, join the team in the huddle, and be a part of the check presentation. It was so big and exciting for them they scarcely knew how to process it.
The board of directors, children, families, and staff of Dakota House extend a huge and rather stunned thank to Mark Otta, who arranged all of this, and to RBC for their generosity.
To Mark and to the people at RBC: "God has used you to encourage us, and to show our kids a little piece of the world that is out there waiting for them. For that we are heartily grateful."
