Since the beginning of the year Bethany has included us in their weekly AWANA program. And it has been wonderful.
Every Wednesday evening at 6:15 our chariot arrives, in the form of the Bethany Bus, and our beloved driver, Chuck, welcomes a group of 15-20 kids aboard. Our Dakota House kids are learning scripture, playing games and singing songs at a church where Jesus' commandent to love one another is truly honored. We are grateful to them in so many ways.
On Sunday, April 19th, the staff and families of AWANA showed up at Dakota House and provided a family picnic for our kids and their parents. It was a beautiful event. Thank you AWANA staff and Bethany Church. You are loving us in the name of Jesus and the impact of that love will--literally--reach into eternity.
