Dakota House Camping Trip 2007

No matter how great pictures are they just can't tell it like it was.

Our Dakota House camping trip was wonderful. Kids played together--and with the amazing staff whom God provided; made their own musical instruments (called glockenspiels); swam, slid and jumped in the creek; sang their hearts out to God; ate delicious meals; hiked...and more. It was all we had hoped it would be for these kids we love.

Thank you to those who supported us: financially, by hauling up equipment and/or kids, by driving over to spend precious time off with us, by supplying flashlights and sleeping bags, and by praying. Out time there was clearly covered by God and the prayers of His faithful.

Our verse for the weekend came from 2Chronicles:

Give thanks to God,
His love never quits.

And we know this to be true.

Please continue to remember us in your giving. Summer months are hard financially. We rely on God and His people to supply us, and we thank Him for being ever-faithful to us.
